Will an end of tenancy clean in Christchurch get my bond back?
We clean to the standard Christchurch property managers inspect against, and re-clean free if anything cleaning-related is raised within 72 hours. In New Zealand your bond is lodged with Tenancy Services and is refunded when you and your landlord agree, or when the Tenancy Tribunal decides. No cleaner can legally promise a refund, but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
What if I am not happy?
