How much does cleaning cost in Queenstown?
The same as everywhere else we work — no city surcharge. End of tenancy cleaning starts at $249, regular house cleaning at $45 an hour, and deep cleaning at $229. All prices are in NZD and include GST, and you see the full price before you book.
How quickly can you come?
Same-day and next-day slots are often available in Queenstown. Book early in the day for the best chance of a same-day clean, and at least a few days ahead for end of tenancy dates.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave a key in a key safe, with a neighbour, or arrange collection from your property manager — just tell us in the booking notes. Every cleaner has passed NZ Police vetting and we are insured.
Will an end of tenancy clean in Queenstown get my bond back?
We clean to the standard Queenstown property managers inspect against, and re-clean free if anything cleaning-related is raised within 72 hours. In New Zealand your bond is lodged with Tenancy Services and is refunded when you and your landlord agree, or when the Tenancy Tribunal decides. No cleaner can legally promise a refund, but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean free of charge. That applies in Queenstown exactly as it does everywhere else, and it is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
