Questions we're asked most
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a key with a neighbour, use a key safe or arrange pick-up from a property manager. Just tell us in the booking notes. Our cleaners are police-vetted and insured.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes for every one-off service (end of tenancy, deep, after builders, carpet). For regular domestic cleaning most customers keep products at home, but we can bring ours for a small charge.
How do I pay?
Pay on the day by cash or card to your cleaner, or by bank transfer. Business customers are invoiced monthly. You never pay in advance to book.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time from the link in your confirmation email, or by emailing us.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and every cleaner is identity checked and has passed NZ Police vetting before their first job.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this website is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.
Will an end of tenancy clean get my bond back?
We clean to the standard property managers and landlords use at the final inspection, and if anything on the final inspection report is cleaning-related we come back within 72 hours and fix it free. Your bond is held by Tenancy Services and is refunded when you and your landlord agree, or when the Tenancy Tribunal decides, so no cleaner can legally promise a refund — but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
