Do I need to be there?

Will an end of tenancy clean in Dunedin get my bond back?
We clean to the standard Dunedin property managers inspect against, and re-clean free if anything cleaning-related is raised within 72 hours. In New Zealand your bond is lodged with Tenancy Services and is refunded when you and your landlord agree, or when the Tenancy Tribunal decides. No cleaner can legally promise a refund, but we make sure cleaning is never the reason.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean free of charge. That applies in Dunedin exactly as it does everywhere else, and it is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
